etventure worked with the SMS group to develop an in-house digital unit in order to help the plant construction and mechanical digital GmbH, has taken on the challenges of digitisation and Industry 4.0 with the development of innovative business ideas engineering company implement a wide range of digital projects. The spin-off, SMS.
Established as one of etventure’s own start-ups, mobilJob offers mobile recruitment via text message. After undertaking qualitative research to identify user requirements, an initial prototype was developed in one week using the Lean Startup methodology. After the first live tests, the product was validated and, with currently 500 customers and monthly sales in the six-digit range, has established itself as a standard solution for recruitment and job hunting in the commercial labour market.
Together with Wüstenrot & Württembergische, the etventure team developed digital business models within newly established company W&W digital, thereby combining financial and start-up expertise. Within an intensive ideation stage, together with W&W digital team members, the etventure project management team generated numerous innovative ideas on a regular basis in the areas of FinTech, InsureTech and PropTech. These were tested iteratively and selected according to how successful they were. Initial successful projects are Rentenhero, Megameister, Immowert and Wunschmieter.

Our main offices are located centrally in the German cities of Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.
The loft-style open-plan office in Berlin has an impressive location and an even better view form one of the many rooftops (Berlin-Kreuzberg, near Kottbusser Tor).
The Hamburg office is located in the Speicherstadt district, right at the heart of this Hanseatic city, and surrounded by old warehouses. There are many well-known companies and innovative start-ups in the immediate vicinity.
The Munich office is located in the heart of the old town between the Odeonsplatz and Karlsplatz squares, with a beautiful, light and open architectural style. In summer, the roof terrace is open for lunch and after-work sessions.
